FRESH TRACKS AND RRG LOG – November - December 2009

Checked Fresh Tracks and RRG about every 10 days.  Very little activity.  Weather varied from sunny and nice to cold and snowy.  Saw quite a few pronghorns in the area.  A few Prairie Dogs out on RRG in warmer weather.   Someone had driven through Fresh Tracks on Road JJ but turned around at the Cattle guard and went back out.  At the end of December we saw where someone had driven out to the site of the well and the old corrals.   I walked out there but could not see that anything had been disturbed.  They had just made a circle and gone out.

There are a lot of hawks here this winter and the bluebirds and the robins have arrived to spend the winter here.  They add a spot of color to an otherwise dull landscape.
